OUR MISSION
Freedom Farm Animal Sanctuary (FFAS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing abused, abandoned and neglected animals in middle Tennessee. The animals taken in by FFAS are checked by a veterinarian, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, microchipped and then placed in our adoption program and housed by a volunteer foster parent. We are committed to long-term care and placement of all animals that come into Freedom Farm. Therefore, we do not euthanize as a means of population control or to make room for new animals. |

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED | ||
Freedom Farm is growing by leaps and bounds!! This means more animals, more fun, more events, and more work so we could sure use your help. Our most immediate need is for volunteers for our Saturday Adoption Days at PetSmart in Madison, TN. We are at the PetSmart in Rivergate every Saturday from 10:00 am - 2:00pm. We need help setting up at 9:30 (setting up pens - getting dogs into store etc....) then help during the day, (walking the dogs, showing them, etc....) Then we will need help at the end of the day to clean-up. If you are interested in spending a Saturday or two a month with some of the most precious fur-babies you will ever meet, email our Volunteer Coordinator:Traceylynne07@gmail.com |

Adoptions | |
Freedom Farm would like to thank the PetSmart in Madison (Rivergate) location for allowing them to set-up every Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. They have some precious dogs and cats just waiting for their 4-ever homes, as well as an occassional bake sale or special activity. Stop by and meet the wonderful Freedom Farm foster families and don't forget to pick up something special while you are in PetSmart as well. Seniors 4 Seniors | |
We have a very special program at Freedom Farm called Seniors for Seniors. This program provides senior adults with cats that are seniors themselves. These babies need just a little extra TLC but they have so many more good years of love and fun left. They need the love and attention that they can receive from someone who may be retired and have some extra time and love to give. Our senior pets are offered at a reduced adoption fee as well to help with those on a fixed income. |
