Eric small.jpg (3501 bytes)VolunteerFFAS has no paid staff and relies completely on our volunteers for our success.  We need many volunteers in a variety of positions such as :  phone calls, adoption counselors, foster homes, cage cleaning, office work, transportation of animals, etc. etc.  Let us know what your talents are and we can find a way to utilize them!  Contact Volunteer Coordinator, Margaret Stogner  at stognerM@bellsouth.net or visit us at adoption day at Rivergate PETsMART from 10-6 to watch our dedicated volunteers in action.

Donate Supplies:  FFAS uses lots of supplies to run the organization and care for all the animals.  Check out our wish list to see some of the things we need the most.   Contact us at FreedomFarm07@aol.com or 615-664-2380 and we will arrange for pick up or drop off.  Supplies are tax-deductible as well!

Buddy small.jpg (3338 bytes)Become a foster home:  FFAS uses a foster program to adopt it’s animals.  Foster homes are responsible for giving love, care, and training to their foster kids till it’s time to go up for adoption.   Transportation to and from the vet and adoption days is required.  All food, medical expenses, and supplies are supplied by FFAS.   Contact Dog Coordinator, Kim Patton at akitas2love@yahoo.com  or  Cat Coordinator Dixie Atherton at dixielee38@comcast.net  if you are interested.

Spread the word  Let everyone you know hear about FFAS and their mission.  Business owners can help by placing donation canisters out and/or literature about the organization.  Newsletters and brochures are available and our website is a great way to learn about us!

Cody small.jpg (3111 bytes)Participate in Fundraisers:  FFAS has lots of events throughout the year to help raise money for the animals.  Pet Celebration is our largest one, held in September, check out pictures from the event and a schedule of upcoming events under our Calendar of Events page.  We need sponsors and business to donate prizes for events held throughout the year. Check our the benefits of being a sponsor on our sponsors page.
